The place is great for working remotely - amazing wi-fi speed wherever you go, no power cuts thanks to a generator, and a lot of places to work.The villa is a huge building with a Sri Lankan soul placed in the middle of the jungle with a beautiful view of the lake. It has a large garden with many palm trees and a pool. It is placed 10 min ride from the city centre and 10 min walk from the beautiful beach.You can always ask Patrick for help or just send him a message. He takes care of the place and he'll do everything to make you feel comfortable and your work efficient.

I'm having a very pleasant and amazing experience co-working at Lakeview resort, Patrick, the owner, is very understanding and kindhearted and uncle Sunil + the rest of the staff are very accommodating and friendly. The resort is very clean, it's away from the main road in a calm, quiet and beautiful environment thus eliminating distractions. They have delicious food, high speed fiber internet and a 24/7 generator, absolutely no barrier to having a productive work day! Patrick has created a wonderful environment and community for remote workers.

Amazing place to stay for remote workers. They have a fiber broadband and GENERATOR! Which is extremely important on the island.Rooms are clean and comfortable with ACs and fans. Surrounded area is made for relax (lake access, pool, garden, tables, hammock and many more). I would love to spend there more days.Highly recommend! No doubts!

I stayed here for one month and it was the highlight of my time in Sri Lanka! I was comfortable, I could do all my work and movie watching on the WiFi without any issues. The food there is affordable and absolutely divine! The pool and gardens are well kept, the boat safari is fun! Everything about my time there was just fantastic! I definitely recommend staying at least a week long 🙌

Great place, especially for digital nomads and remote workers!The place and rooms present a collection of rarities for the area - quiet and beautiful area, relaxing pool, simple & comfortable rooms, fans and AC, fast WiFi (!!) and generator for the power cuts and more...The location is also a few minute drive from everything you need, from restaurant and hang places to the best surf beaches in the area.To top it off, Patrick and Sunil are both awesome and manage everything smoothly.And you get all that in an extremely affordable price.Highly recommended!
